Step 3: Confirming Your Order

  • Before finalizing your order, double-check your billing details, delivery address (if applicable), and payment method.
  • Once you are ready, click “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase.”

Step 4: Receipt and Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This will include a detailed receipt and your order reference number.
  • You will also be able to view your purchase history by logging into your account on homova.xyz.

Payment Timing

  • Payments are processed immediately upon submission for all card-based and online payment methods.
  • For bank transfers, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
  • If any issues arise during payment processing, we will contact you via the email provided to resolve the matter promptly.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
